Caravan Park
Balladonia Hotel Motel has one of the most popular caravan parks on the Eyre Highway. Our clean, well maintained facilities have been given a 3+ star rating by the RAC which makes us one of the highest rated sites along the Nullarbor.
Get back to nature
Thousands of travellers from all over the world stay in our caravan park each year. We’re famous for our country hospitality, our clean and tidy facilities and the spectacular outback vista. Our caravan park is surrounded by some of the world’s oldest and densest forests and is home to some prolific birdlife - not to mention the kangaroos and other wildlife that stop in for a visit.

The caravan park sites are nestled in amongst the trees and bushland.
Guests can take advantage of our:

Wi-Fi is unavailable in the caravan park.
Water Supply Notice
Due to our location along the Nullarbor, Balladonia Hotel Motel does not have access to natural, usable water sources, unlike some other properties in the region. With only a few inches of rainfall each year, and the high costs of trucking water in, our supply is both limited and precious. We maintain sufficient water for our accommodation guests and the day-to-day operations of the property. However, we are unable to provide excess water for caravans or motorhomes. We understand this may cause some inconvenience and thank you for your understanding of our unique circumstances.
